Tom's BMW 320d from Hereford
Tom travelled over an hour for a custom remap on his BMW 320d. Being a manual transmission and having a very favourable software version for tuning, we achieved superb results from our custom stage 1 remap. With our tuning, we measured gains of 45bhp and 133Nm on our dyno - transforming the driveability of his 20d.
Josh's BMW 320d from Ipswich
Fitted with a high-flow downpipe, Josh's BMW 320d had our custom stage 2 remap. This car had a bad remap from elsewhere and the exhaust was poorly fitted, so we did our best to safely maximise the gains with the current hardware limitations. Our custom ECU calibration made 45bhp and 135Nm on our dyno, with the potential for further improvements once running properly.
